Lookout Towers Near Krakow
To go to the mountains from Krakow, we don't have to head to the crowded Podhale and Tatra Mountains. The Beskid ranges, like the nearby Beskid Makowski and Wyspowy, offer many picturesque views.
Close to Krakow is the new tower on Kamionna (free entry, in the northern part of Beskid Wyspowy, near Limanowa. Parking is 300 meters from the tower, accessible by hiking trails like from 呕egocina, Kamionna, and Pasierbiec).

You can also drive to the mentioned tower on Kamionna, to the Hajd贸wka tower above Jordan贸w (you can even get there by train!) and to the tower at the Beskidzki Raj hotel on Surzyn贸wka near Sucha Beskidzka (note - paid entry, there is a restaurant and hotel nearby, you can also walk there via hiking trails from Sucha Beskidzka, Mak贸w Podhala艅ski, and Zawoja).

Lookout Tower for Disabled and Baby Strollers?
Unfortunately, in Ma艂opolska, we don't yet have a lookout tower equipped with an elevator. The slight slope of the platforms allows strollers on paid treetop paths in S艂otwiny in Krynica-Zdr贸j, Brama in Gorce, Skamienia艂e Miasto in Ci臋偶kowice, and Serce Poronina (see above).
In Beskid S膮decki, we have a small but free interesting structure that allows people with limited mobility to admire wide panoramas. You can drive to the "snail" in Wola Krogulecka by car, and the entrance to the terrace requires no stairs. Nearby, there is a mini playground and a grill shelter, free entry.
