You can go really far along the Vistula Boulevards! If you head towards Tyniec, you can safely reach the monastery in Tyniec, Skawina, and Skawina Łączany canal. The route is easy and flat, but it is exposed to the sun:

Ojców National Park and Prądnik Valley

Prądnik Valley in Ojców National Park is a paved road closed to cars (only access to properties). Therefore, it is bike and stroller-friendly. However, it can get crowded on sunny weekends!

This is a great place for recreation, including cycling. There is an asphalt path - flat, about 5 km long. It is safe for a family bike trip, even with younger children. An additional advantage is the beach, the possibility of renting a water bike, and other attractions typical of a bathing area.
