Orzechowo is a small holiday village located just 3 km from Ustka. Its attractions include a viewing tower taller than the lighthouse in Ustka and an interesting nature trail through the Orzechowo Dune. If you're in Ustka, it's worth taking a walk towards Orzechowo - the beauty of nature, pine forests, sandy dunes, and high cliffs will certainly amaze you! A forest, shaded walk along the top of the cliffs can be an interesting idea for spending a sunny afternoon.

Start of the route

We start the route at exit no. 1 in Ustka located at the end of Wczasowa Street. Here we have to decide whether we want to get to Orzechowo by the beach or along the top of the cliffs, as there are no more beach exits due to the high cliffs, the next exit will be in Orzechowo.

Red trail from Ustka to Orzechowo

The red trail leading from Ustka to Orzechowo is a quiet path running through a pine forest, more inland. Many people tried to overcome it by bike - however, it can be sandy in places! There is plenty of shade on the route. We often pass paths leading us to viewpoints on the coast.

What's next in Orzechowo?

Orzechowo is a small hamlet. There are a few holiday homes and a Ustka Forestry Center. One of the attractions of Orzechowo is the possibility of free entry to the viewing tower (it is definitely taller than the lighthouse in Ustka!). The tower was built for fire monitoring in the region.
