ORP B艂yskawica is a Polish destroyer moored at the Pomeranian Quay in Gdynia. Today, after many years of service in the Polish Navy, it is a museum ship and one of the main attractions of the city.

  • The ship can be visited independently (without reservation) or with a guide (after prior arrangement: rezerwacja@muzeummw.pl, guided tour lasts about 45 min).
  • Tickets can be purchased directly at the booth next to the ship or at the main building of the Naval Museum (you can buy a combined "museum + ship" ticket - it will be cheaper than two separate ones).  Discounts with KDR cards.
  • NOTE! The ship is closed for visitors in the autumn-winter season (open from May to November).
  • Due to narrow passages, numerous stairs and ladders, we will not enter the deck with a stroller. However, it is possible to visit the ship with a baby in a sling (with a larger carrier on the back, there may be a problem...).  Preschoolers on ORP B艂yskawica should have no problem with the visit, and they will probably treat some inconveniences or more difficult places as an "obstacle course" or a challenge, overcoming which will bring a lot of satisfaction and joy!
