The Sources of the Vistula on Barania Góra?

Will we find the famous sources of the Vistula while climbing Barania Góra from the shelter? Yes and no. Unfortunately, because these 'springs' are just a wet, marshy area, and a strictly protected reserve, we cannot reach this exact spot. We pass it while crossing the flat area between Wierch Równiański and Wierch Wisełka (where the black trail from Kamesznica joins).

How to Climb Barania Góra with a Dog?

If you want to climb Barania Góra with a dog legally, without breaking the rules of the two reserves, and most importantly, respecting this piece of wild nature and its inhabitants (including rare capercaillies scared by dogs), choose the black trail from Kamesznica (or green + black from Węgierska Górka) - then you will walk not through the reserve, but only along its border for a very short section (about 1 km).
