Scenic meadow near the center of Zakopane!
Lipki is a scenic meadow located near the center of Zakopane - about a 15-minute walk from Krupówki Street. From here, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the Tatra Mountains, with the majestic Giewont massif in full view. In winter, there is a ski slope for beginners called "Lipki." This place is a great suggestion for a scenic walk, and the expansive meadow provides a space for children to run around and play freely. It is especially worth considering if you are in Zakopane for a short time, have young children, or for various other reasons cannot go hiking in the mountains.
From Lipki to Strążyska Valley
The path makes it easier for us to reach the Tatra trails (including the Strążyska Valley) from Zakopane. We can walk safely and enjoyably from the center of Zakopane to Regle Street (a street without a sidewalk but with very little traffic), and then continue on Strążyska Street with a sidewalk to the entrance of the Strążyska Valley or take the Path under Regle to reach other valleys.
