The trails of the Low Beskids seem to be created for families with children, including the youngest ones. The small elevation on the routes can be overcome by preschoolers, and a few paths are also suitable for toddlers in strollers.
Stroller-friendly Trails in the Low Beskids
For tourists who want to go hiking with a stroller in the Low Beskids, we recommend mainly the flat valleys of former Lemko villages. Usually, they are traversed by wide, well-maintained roads. There are no significant elevations, but there may be stones, puddles, mud, etc.
Along the way, we will observe stone foundations of buildings, basements, solitary chapels, sometimes also tombstones, cemeteries, church ruins. Additionally, many educational paths lead through various valleys. On information boards, we will see photographs of former villages and learn about their history.
A Stroll in Nieznajowa
The trail goes through a wide valley of the Wisłoka River. Along the way, there are several chapels and views of the surrounding hills. The path is well-maintained but offers little shade (only a few groves of trees).

On this route, we have an asphalt road all the time, but we will be walking uphill (and then downhill). It mostly goes through the forest or along its edge, passing scenic clearings.

Kłopotnica Valley in Folusz
A forested, wide road along a mountain stream (slightly uphill). There will be plenty of shade, bridges over the river, ruins of a sawmill, and a picnic meadow at the end of the road.

Świerzowa Ruska - Educational Trail
On this route, you will need a sturdy stroller, or at least one with larger wheels. The trail is unpaved, so we do not recommend it after heavy rainfalls (there might be a lot of mud) - in some places, you may need to carry the stroller.
However, there are many attractions: an old church site and cemetery, picturesque chapels, overgrown basements and stone foundations of buildings, as well as several bridges over a stream.
