Route connecting two castles Mir贸w - Bobolice
Town: Mir贸w, Bobolice Nearby: Cz臋stochowaPath connecting two castles: Mir贸w and Bobolice
At a short distance of about 1.5 kilometers from each other, we have two magnificent Jurassic fortresses belonging to the "Eagles' Nests" trail! You can walk from one castle to the other via a path leading through limestone rocks known as the Mirowska Ridge. The walk between the castles takes about half an hour.
- The path through the limestone rocks, although short, is rocky and may be slippery after rain - it is also not suitable for strollers
- People with strollers can descend from the castle hill to the street and walk to the other castle on a sidewalk
- There are parking lots at both castles
- The area around both castles is extensive, with scenic meadows among the limestone rocks, perfect for family relaxation
The path was fenced off and inaccessible to tourists for some time, but the Lasecki family (owners of both castles) bought the disputed plots and made the path available to tourists.
