Uroczysko Sikornik is located in the western part of Krakow, between the Rudawa Valley and B艂onia to the north, and the Vistula River to the south. Between two peaks: G贸ra 艢w. Bronis艂awy with Ko艣ciuszko Mound, and Sikornik, there is a forest full of walking paths and picnic clearings, as well as a beautiful viewpoint to the south.

Attractions at Sikornik
The main attraction of the hill is the Ko艣ciuszko Mound and Ko艣ciuszko Museum. The entrance ticket includes both access to the mound, which offers a beautiful view of the city, and a tour of the modern and multimedia exhibition dedicated to Tadeusz Ko艣ciuszko. After descending from the mound, you can also see a wax figure exhibition and an exhibition about the Krakow Fortress.

Ko艣ciuszko Mound - Viewpoint and Museum
Ko艣ciuszko Mound is a unique tourist attraction that combines history, nature, and a chance for a family walk. ...

Among the forests on Sikornik, there are also other, less spectacular attractions, including a climbing rock called Strzelnica and remains of ski jumps that operated here in the 1920s and 1930s (northern slopes, along the green trail).
Uroczysko Sikornik - for a walk and a picnic
Sikornik is primarily an excellent place for a forest walk and picnic. Along the asphalt alley, there are as many as 3 clearings with benches, tables, and even special "forest shells".

The clearings have interesting names like "Clearing for Nature Watching" or "Clearing for Nature Listening," but of course, you can use them for any games and activities!

Sikornik - viewpoint
Sikornik has one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Krakow! The panorama from here includes most of the Beskid Wyspowy, Gorce, Beskid Makowski, Ma艂y, and 呕ywiecki ranges with the majestic Babia G贸ra. On the horizon, you can see the Tatra Mountains.

At the viewpoint clearing, there are many benches and tables. You can also spread out your own picnic blanket, recall which peaks you have already conquered, and decide which ones to visit next!

Uroczysko Sikornik - access, practical information
You can reach Sikornik on foot:

Public transport can take you to Ko艣ciuszko Mound (line 100), and you can park your car either at Ko艣ciuszko Mound or at Przegorzalska Pass (a small parking area for several cars).

For strollers or bicycles, Al. Waszyngtona, the black trail from Przegorzalska Pass, and then the asphalt alley towards Ko艣ciuszko Mound are suitable. The green trail is a narrow forest path.
Playground, toilets, and food stalls are located near Ko艣ciuszko Mound.
