Basically, you can drive to the waterfall by taking Sopotnicka Street - the parking lot is located near the waterfall, but... maybe it's worth taking a walk here on the blue trail?
Zaskalnik Waterfall with a stroller, bicycle, or dog
The route to the waterfall is a great option for parents with strollers and people with disabilities. The entire path consists of asphalt or paved alleys and a quiet asphalt street with low traffic. We can also ride a bike along this route. The terrain slope near Szczawnica was steeper, but then the slopes were definitely smaller. Although it is forbidden to bring dogs into the Pieniny National Park, we can freely take a walk with our four-legged friend on this trail.
Blue trail to Zaskalnik Waterfall
The trail starts from the bus station and goes through the historic center of Szczawnica - Zdrojowa Street. In this area, you will find a comfortable promenade and fountains. We turn at the Inhalatorium. The rest of the route runs through urban alleys and then enters a peaceful, asphalt street.
Zaskalnik Waterfall in Szczawnica
It is a small but very charming waterfall with a height of 5m. There is a restaurant and a recreational area nearby.
