Yes, this is how we get to the Bison Show Reserve in Międzyzdroje
Green trail to the Bison Farm
The 2-kilometer stretch of the green trail between the WPN Natural History Museum in Międzyzdroje and the wild animal stand is the most popular section of the Wolin trails.
The path is wide, comfortable - although still forested, beaten.
At the Bison Farm - a mandatory stop! Numerous benches in front of the gate.
Toilets and a vending machine with drinks and sweets on the farm premises (entrance fee).
Żubr Show Farm in Międzyzdroje
The Żubr Show Farm is not only home to the "title" Żubr family, but also wild boars, deer, stags, white-tailed eagles. ...
Section of the green trail to Międzyzdroje - Warnowo
Further, to Warnowo and the national park border, that is, a total of about 6 km of the trail from Międzyzdroje, the road is also very good, all the time through the forest - both for a bike or a stroller.
From Warnowo we can return to Międzyzdroje on the same route or by train (several connections during the day).
Czajcze Lake and Wydrzy Głaz on the green trail
Further from Warnowo we can reach the famous - and supposedly beautiful - Czajcze Lake with a picturesque peninsula and Wydrzy Głaz...
On the section from the Kołczewo side, unfortunately, we were unable to find the trail and access to the peninsula, so we observed the lake "through the bushes".
Green trail Kołczewo - Wartowo
The section of the green trail through Żółwino and Kołczewo visible on tourist maps is practically devoid of any markings in the field - we do not recommend it..
Attention! Remember that most of the green trail runs through the Wolin National Park (Międzyzdroje - Wartowo), which means that all "park" restrictions apply to us, including the ban on bringing dogs.
