Easy, short and scenic trail in the heart of Bieszczady. One of the few mountain trails in Bieszczady where you can take a stroller.
How to get to the shelter under Rawki?
The shortest route leads from Przełęcz Wyżniańska in Brzegi Górne. You can reach here by bus (unfortunately, the bus stop does not have a current schedule, but buses traveling on the Wetlina - Ustrzyki Górne route should stop here). There is also a spacious paid parking for those traveling by car.
The parking area also has a Bieszczady National Park information point (entrance tickets, souvenirs) and toilets. From Przełęcz Wyżniańska, we have two trails to choose from: a steep ascent to Połonina Caryńska or the route to Rawki through the bacówka (shepherd's hut).
