A Knowledge Hub About Animals!
From the history of life on Earth and fantastic visualizations of animals known from fossils to the fauna around us. The exhibition is viewed by looking at display cases and animal models - there are no interactive stations in the museum, but the exhibition itself is really impressive and liked by both adults and children.

For Children of All Ages!
The Nature Education Center of Jagiellonian University is a very versatile place - it will appeal to the youngest, who eagerly recognize animals they know from books - penguins, zebras, bears, bison... Glass display cases start from floor level so even the youngest children can see a lot without being lifted up. Older children can learn a lot, trace different stages of evolution, learn about geological eras and the animals that lived on Earth at different times, the domestication of various animal species, etc. We recommend this place for those looking for a family attraction with children of different ages - it will appeal to toddlers, teenagers, and seniors. It wonderfully combines entertainment with education.

Ground Floor and Museum Entrance
Near the ticket office, there is an exhibition about the solar system. Here you can see a model of the moon and a professor's office with old research instruments and old models used during classes.

First Floor
Here you will see animal models often with the environment they live in (e.g., tundra, African savanna, coral reef, deep-sea zone, desert, etc.). The models are very realistic, and there are also specimens in formalin. Part of the exhibition also covers anthropology - there are skeletons and skulls of our ancestors.

Second Floor
Here, instead of glass cases, we have animal models that often look alive. A jumping lion chasing an antelope, a zebra and an ostrich looking at us, and an impressive elephant head. In the zoo, we often see animals from a distance, enclosures are large - here, in the museum, you can look at them more closely and notice more details.
