The Nadwiślański Ethnographic Park Museum in Wygiełzów is a beautiful open-air museum of traditional wooden architecture located at the foot of the medieval Lipowiec Castle ruins. Here, you can see picturesque peasant farms with gardens and orchards, as well as craft workshops, a church with a bell tower, and a small-town ensemble.

Visiting the Open-Air Museum in Wygiełzów
The most important part of the Nadwiślański Ethnographic Park is the open-air museum of folk architecture: an oasis of peace, greenery, and flowers.
Almost 30 cottages, workshops, and additional "small architecture objects" such as chapels, wells, beehives, etc., create a mini world of a Vistula village and a small-town settlement of Western Krakowiaks.

The oldest building is the church from Ryczów from 1623, with original furnishings. The most impressive is the Manor from Drogini from 1730, with interiors of a typical Polish manor. Additionally, you will find a blacksmith's shop, oil mill, water mill, granaries, inn, and two small-town houses.
You can enter most of the buildings!
