Exhibition - what will we see at the 艁ukasiewicz Podkarpacki Science Center?

The first attraction welcomes guests outside. It's the legendary AN-2 plane called Antek, produced for years in Mielec. This interactive exhibit can also be explored inside (only with a guide).

In the non-ticketed area, there is an oil rig (kiwon) and a photoplasticon dedicated to the history of the oil industry.

On level 0, there is a specialized exhibition called "Aviation." Among the exhibits, you will find a flight simulator on a moving platform. You can also see how a scanner used for baggage control at airports works.

In the atrium, the attention is drawn to the "Blue Planet" installation. It is a 4-meter Earth globe with other elements such as an astronaut figure and balloons. Some elements can be controlled from the control panels on level 0 and level 1.

On level 1, there is an exhibition called "Nature" and a "Supplementary Exhibition," as well as several related exhibits from the "I Live" exhibition. Here, you will find exhibits related to inanimate nature, including the planet Earth and space, as well as living nature - the world of plants and animals, and topics related to ecology, environmental protection, and renewable energy sources.

Here, you can, for example, build a virtual city and a thermal power plant or play with rovers on a Mars surface model. There is also the possibility of a virtual deorbiting of a space shuttle, which means bringing the spacecraft from orbit into the dense layers of the atmosphere. It is also worth using the "elevator" to move from the deepest known depths to the stratosphere.

Level 2 is occupied by the "I Live" exhibition, which focuses on human senses and the body. It is divided into zones: "Thinking," "Seeing," "Hearing," "Eating and Breathing," and "Moving."
