Jamna is a small village located in the Ciężkowicko-Rożnowski Landscape Park, about 40 km from Tarnów and 14 km from Ciężkowice. The place is picturesque and offers great views - on a clear day, you can even see the Tatra Mountains! The peaceful, green surroundings provide an opportunity for relaxation and rest. There are many holiday cottages here, as well as a lodge with a large green area for barbecues, parties, or bonfires. The place is easily accessible by car - you can conveniently drive up to the lodge and the sanctuary. At the very top of Jamna, there is the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Reliable Hope.

Parking is available both at the sanctuary and near the lodge.
Near the lodge, there is a viewing tower from which you can see beautiful sunsets and a large area with barbecue spots, playgrounds, and viewing terraces.

Lodge in Jamna

The lodge is quite large - it consists of several buildings with accommodation rooms. Around the lodge, there are many quiet spots for barbecues or bonfires, picnic benches, viewing terraces, two playgrounds with a covered sandbox, and a treehouse. There is also a camping area near the lodge. It is a popular place for family outings, for example, for residents of Tarnów. The facility is also suitable for larger events.

Viewing Tower

Right next to the lodge, there is a covered wooden viewing tower with three levels. The tower is free for lodge guests - it offers views of the Beskidy Mountains and the foothills, and on a clear day, you can even see the Tatra Mountains! On each level, there are tables and chairs - you can come here with a meal or drink ordered from the restaurant.

The last level of the tower is accessed by steep, wooden stairs, which may be difficult for some people to climb.

Sanctuary in Jamna

The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Reliable Hope in Jamna is run by the Dominicans. Every Sunday at 4:00 PM, a Tridentine Mass is celebrated - a Mass conducted in Latin, according to the old rite used throughout the Western Church until the 1960s. You can experience the traditional, once-common form of the Holy Mass.
