How to get to the European Beaver Viewing Terrace
The easiest way to get here is by car (there is space for 2-3 cars in a small bay) or by bike. You can also walk here from Muczne along the road (about 2 km from the town center, no sidewalk available).
What is the Bobrowisko in Muczne?
On-site, you will find a spacious, covered observation tower. Inside, there are benches and in front of the tower, there is a board with interesting facts about beavers. The best part is a collection of proverbs and sayings featuring beavers as the main character!
The most beautiful things are located outside the tower: floodplains, ponds, and wild marshes - a true beaver paradise! The area is not particularly suitable for walks, the paths are narrow and barely trodden, but for those who are willing, it's not a problem!
Ps. We didn't see the main character, the beaver... It might be better to come here early in the morning or in the evening?
