Bagry Wielkie - A Great Swimming Spot in Krakow
You can swim safely here, relax on the sandy beach, and do water sports. There are two sandy beaches and many grassy spots for family picnics. There is a lot of greenery, sunny meadows, and plenty of shade among the trees. The trees are perfect for hanging a hammock. You can rent water equipment to try different activities. This place is very popular among Krakow residents and tourists who want to escape the city's hustle and enjoy nature.
- Lifeguard on duty during the summer season.
- Free entry.
- Dogs are allowed.
- Playground for kids.
- Food stalls and food trucks near the swimming area.
- Beach volleyball courts.
- Saltwater inhalation tower and paved walking and biking paths.

Bagry - Park with Hammocks
Near the swimming area, there is a large park with many hammocks (between Kacza Street and the northern shore of the reservoir). It's much quieter here than near the swimming area.

Bagry - Playground
Close to the beach, there are two small playgrounds with some shade. There are also picnic tables and lots of green areas to spread a blanket.

Saltwater Inhalation Tower - Bagry
You can also relax at the saltwater inhalation tower. It's much quieter and less crowded than the swimming area. The saltwater mist is good for your respiratory system, helping with conditions like asthma, chronic bronchitis, or sinusitis. Using the saltwater inhalation tower is safe and recommended for people of all ages, including children and seniors.

Paved Paths for Strollers at Bagry Reservoir
Near the beaches, you will find paved paths perfect for strollers or scooters. However, remember that these comfortable paths do not go around the entire swimming area. Most paths around the reservoir are wild trails not suitable for strollers!

How to Get to Bagry?
Right next to the beach, there is an MPK Bagry bus stop (lines 127 and 427, both from Podg贸rze SKA train station).
Another good option is to go to the Krak贸w P艂asz贸w train station, cross the overpass above the tracks, and then follow the path along the reservoir (or take 呕o艂nierska Street).

Bagry - Parking
There are several parking lots near the swimming area:
- A small parking lot is right next to the beach and the MPK Bagry bus stop on Kozia Street. It gets even more crowded than the beach during the season.
- A larger parking lot is right next to the overpass (west side), entrance from 呕o艂nierska Street. From here, it's a long walk to the beach and swimming area along a narrow, sometimes steep path (not suitable for strollers and bikes!) or via asphalt: 呕o艂nierska Street - M. Batki Street - 艁anowa Street.
- Another, smaller parking lot is at 艁anowa 1 Street, next to the Trynitarze Church. You can reach the swimming area and beach via a wide, comfortable walking path along the shore.
