How to get from the center of Krakow to the airport?

Cheapest - Public Bus Transportation
Taking the public bus is definitely the cheapest option to get from Krakow to the airport. You will need a metropolitan ticket (as you will be traveling outside the city limits), and the price for such a ticket is 6 PLN.
Line 209 - departs from Salwator stop. It runs very infrequently - once per hour, twice.
Line 300 - an express line, departs from Podwawelskie housing estate, goes through Grunwaldzkie Roundabout.
Line 902 - night line - from Dworzec G艂贸wny Wsch贸d to Krak贸w Airport.
Fastest - Wieliczka - Krak贸w G艂贸wny - Krak贸w Airport Train
The train operated by Koleje Ma艂opolskie, running from Wieliczka Rynek Kopalnia through Krak贸w G艂贸wny station to Krak贸w Airport, is definitely the fastest and very convenient option - the planned travel time is 17 minutes, and it is not affected by city traffic. The ticket price is 17 PLN (November 2022). Trains run at least once per hour, and during peak hours, they run approximately every half an hour. From Krak贸w G艂贸wny station, the train to the airport usually departs from platform 3 (near the entrance with an airplane icon) - although platform changes can occur. Tickets can be purchased from the conductor or from the ticket machine inside the train (card payment option available) or at the station ticket office.
It is worth noting that due to railway track maintenance work in Krakow, situations where a particular train did not depart happen quite often... When choosing the train, it is better to opt for an earlier one to have sufficient spare time in case of any issues.
Taxi, Uber, Bolt
This is definitely the most convenient option and can be cost-effective for larger groups (or even cheaper!) compared to the train or bus. To book an Uber or Bolt, you need to install their respective applications. Another cost-effective option is icartaxi, which can be ordered by phone. There are also airport taxis available from Krak贸w Airport Taxi - although their prices are significantly higher.
